1- Installation of a distance information service to users

MINFI On Line it is the first answer to your administrative questions. it is a service of information and enquiries of the Ministry of Finance. The aim of the service is to make it possible for users to have the necessary informations regarding them 24hours/24, 7days/7 and to facilitate distance follow-up of the files. This service includes:

•  a call center

•  a Vocal server

•  an sms server

users have access to a device providing interministerial informations from a single

  number: 8022

They obtain information in a personalized and anonymous way, on their rights, on the

  steps they have to carry out and on their obligations to respect.
With a cost of 250 per minute from a mobile phone, the user pays only the local call, the
  information service remains free for the user.

- distance Follow-up of file from a mobile phone

- Information on the composition and the procedures of the various files at MINFI

Caution : The MINFI on Line 8022, provides general information and also has access to the personal files of users in course of instruction at the Ministry of Finances  

 

2- Operation of the Device

All the calls are dealt with in less than 5 ringings. 

The calls are qualified by a platform of first standards. 

If it is about a simple question, the user obtains an answer resulting from a base of knowledge, whose contents are worked out by the administration, and is directed, if necessary, towards the counter where the step should be completed.  

How to reach the MINFI on line service by vocal ?

•  Ensure that your mobile phone is connected to the network;

•  Compose 8022 then launch call and listen;

•  Type key 1 on your mobile for a French dialog;

•  To type key 2 on your mobile for an English dialog;

•  For the the rest let you will be guided by the vocal server

How to obtain information on salaries, the file of an agent, by SMS ?

•  Send your number by SMS to 8022

•  You will receive a few minutes later a message which gives you the state of your salary for the month and the position of your file (valid for agents having a file in the course of treatment)

Example for an agent having a file  :

•  send 012457A to 8022 (the matricule with no symbol)

•  Received Message; “your last salary transfered to BICEC Yaounde is that of March 2008. Your file for the promotion of contractual level was signed and transferred to the pay”

 

3- Results

- More than 3000 calls on average per week treated by the Ministry of Finance.

- Approximately 1000 SMS received per week

- Less amount of users in services
